Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Delta Rentals and Services handles information when you use this website or contact the business.

Information you choose to provide

You may provide your name, phone number, ZIP code, job details and photos when you call or text Delta. Website quote forms process entries on your device to prepare a text message. Delta does not receive that information unless you choose to send it. If you book a pickup through the online calendar, Cal.com processes your name, contact details and appointment details to create the booking.

How information may be used

• To respond to questions, prepare estimates and schedule requested services.
• To communicate about your request, appointment or completed service.
• To maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing and retention

Delta does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be shared with service providers, including Cal.com for online bookings, when needed to operate the business, complete a service or comply with law, and kept only as long as reasonably needed.

Website and third parties

The website host may process technical data needed to deliver the page. This site loads fonts from Google, links to Instagram and TikTok, and uses Cal.com to provide the online booking calendar; those companies handle information under their own privacy terms when your browser connects to them.

Text messaging (SMS)

SMS Consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes. If you opt in, Delta may text you about your quote, scheduling and service. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See the SMS Terms & Conditions in our Terms of Use.

California privacy requests

California residents may ask to know, correct or delete personal information where applicable. Because this site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, there is currently no cookie-based sale or sharing to opt out of.

Terms of Use

This website provides general information about Delta Rentals and Services. It does not create a service agreement, guarantee availability or confirm a final price.

Quotes and communications

Published starting prices and price ranges are planning guidance. Delta’s minimum pickup is a firm $150 flat rate, except for the Good Neighbor Program, a firm $100 bulky-item pickup available only in Anaheim, California. Quotes may change if volume, materials, access, labor or conditions differ from information provided. Standard carrier charges may apply to calls and texts.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or submit unlawful, misleading or harmful content.

Ownership and external links

Unless otherwise stated, the site’s text, branding and original project photos belong to Delta Rentals and Services. External links are governed by their own terms.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you consent to receive text messages from Delta, we may text you about your quote, scheduling and service, including appointment and pickup notifications. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. The full SMS Terms & Conditions are on our Terms of Use page.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated when the site or business practices change. California law governs these website terms without affecting consumer rights that apply in your location.

Estimates and pricing

Published starting prices and price ranges may be adjusted as services and costs change, except where a firm flat rate is stated. Final pricing depends on volume, weight, material type, access, labor, travel and disposal requirements. Delta confirms the final quote on-site before work begins.

Availability

Same-day service, arrival windows and trailer availability depend on location, job size, equipment and schedule. A call, text or form entry does not reserve an appointment until Delta confirms it.

Items and site conditions

Some materials may be restricted or require special handling, added fees or a different provider. Customers should identify potentially hazardous, unusually heavy or regulated materials before scheduling and provide safe, authorized property access.

Photos and examples

Project photos show real Delta work in Anaheim, Fullerton, Brea, Chino and Riverside. They illustrate prior work but do not guarantee identical timing, methods or results.
